I work mainly in acrylics, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and colored pencils.  

Education

I've completed numerous art and illustration classes at San Jose State University, Sierra College, American River Community College, and Sacramento City Community College. 

Personal

I'm inspired by open spaces, moody colors, funny people, musicians, and anything organic that moves. I love backyard birds - their beauty and sensitivity. They are so small and fragile, but yet have this amazing ability to fly, be curious, and survive under harsh conditions. I like exploring that juxtaposition and painting them as strong entities instead of frail.

Outside of drawing/painting, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, west coast swing, qigong, pickleball, eating potato chips, and watching the SF Giants/Pittsburgh Steelers.
